Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd (“Asiasoft”) announces a charity initiative with the launch of Dragon Encounter.
A charity organization will benefit from each participating install of Asiasoft’s new mobile game, Dragon Encounter. A dollar will be donated for each install of the new mobile release via a coupon from the beneficiary chosen by the public.
Asiasoft opens a poll today to allow mobile youths vote for their favourite charitable cause. The publisher will be helping a mystery beneficiary from the most championed cause in a fun funding initiative. Dragon Encounter players and the public are open to pledge their support for the charity simply by helping to spread the word and playing the game.
“With our access to the tech savvy generation, we want to help local charities extend their social reach,” said Sherman Tan, Chairman of Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd. “Let us spread fun this festive season and benefit others just by playing Dragon Encounter!”
For the past decade, Asiasoft has been an active supporter of the community. The company’s past initiatives include supporting The Straits Times’ School Pocket Money Fund, Senior Citizen Care Service, Kheng Chiu Loke Tin Kee Home, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association Singapore (MDAS).
The charity poll will close on 31 Dec 2015. Asiasoft welcomes everyone to vote for a cause to adopt and suggest other non-profit organizations to help.

Dragon Encounter is a fast-paced mobile action role-playing game from Korean developers, Snowpopcorn Co., Ltd. The arcade-style dungeon fantasy was ranked number one in the Top Free Games category in Kakao and T-store in Korea at launch and is well-received by Japan gamers.
In Dragon Encounter, players will get to experience lightning-fast character motions and dazzling 3D visuals in the three available classes – Warrior, Wizard and Archer. Players can also strategize in real-time with two other friends to clear the game missions in the all of the available game modes.
Dragon Encounter is now available in Southeast Asia for Android and iOS mobile users and players can follow updates about the game via the official Facebook page.
