PlayStation 4 Anniversary Edition Announced

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) today announced the “PlayStation 4(PS4™) 20^th Anniversary Edition”, a special edition PS4 commemorating the 20^th anniversary of the release of the original PlayStation (PS) on December 3^rd, 1994.  The 20th Anniversary Edition will be limited to 12,300 units worldwide, a number that reflects the launch date of the original PS, and will be available for a price of SGD689 in Singapore, IDR7,399,000 in Indonesia, RM1,779 in Malaysia, PHP26,999 in The Philippines, and THB20,990 in Thailand.  The limited edition PS4 and included accessories come in “Original Gray” color, all packaged in a special commemorative box.

A special arrangement for customers in SE Asia to get this limited console will be announced during the Anime Festival Asia 2014 (AFA) Press Conference which will be held in Singapore at 2:40pm on Dec 4^th.  The press conference will be live broadcast at PlayStation Asia livestream channel http://www.twitch.tv/playstationhk.
