Angry Birds Star Wars Release Date

Focus Multimedia, the UK’s leading publisher of impulse price PC games, confirms Angry Birds Star Wars PC will be in stores for 16th November 2012. The new entertainment franchise collaboration comes from Rovio Entertainment and Lucasfilm Ltd. The unique partnership will combine all the fun of Angry Birds with the characters, stories and settings of the epic space fantasy, Star Wars.

“This is the best Angry Birds game we’ve ever done,” said Peter Vesterbacka, the Mighty Eagle and CMO of Rovio. “The Force is definitely strong with this one.”

“The confirmed date is excellent news for Christmas shoppers, and especially fans of Angry Birds and Star Wars,” said Alan Wild, Brand Manager of Focus Multimedia. “Games of this magnitude become defining moments that you remember forever!”

In addition to the game, merchandise from costumes and apparel to action figures and collectible plush toys will be available.

Angry Birds Star Wars arrives on PC from 16th November, and will be available from all good retailers, supermarkets, www.focusmm.co.uk and online stores.
