Last August, Asiasoft announced that it will publish one of Japan’s biggest MMORPG, Phantasy Star Online 2 in six Southeast Asian countries. Despite of the language barrier, a lot of english users have made it possible to participate in the Japanese open beta last year and a group of players even managed to develop an english patch for the game. Today, Asiasoft finally revealed the target closed beta date for the Phantasy Star Online 2’s first english service which is scheduled to start on April 10. See the original facebook post below.
According to the PSO2 community team – beta keys will be required to participate in the beta. We’ll let you know as we hear more from Asiasoft on how to acquire these keys prior to the beta. For the meantime make sure to follow the Phantasy Star Online 2 English Facebook Page and its Philippine Community Page.
