Island of Hearts Launches on Steam March 27, Brings Live-Action Romance to PC

4Divinity and Titan Digital Media set a March 27 release date for the influencer-cast dating adventure, with physical merch bundles and a free demo available now.

4Divinity and Titan Digital Media have announced that Island of Hearts, their live-action interactive dating game, is launching on PC via Steam on March 27, 2026. A free demo is already live on Steam for players who want an early taste before the full release.

The game drops players into a first-person romantic adventure set on a tropical island resort. Fresh off a breakup, your character arrives surrounded by sandy beaches and a cast of six women, including Mia, Emily, Sophia, Lily, Chloe, and Gabby, each with branching storylines and multiple endings shaped by your decisions. The experience is built around live-action footage featuring popular Asian content creators, blending influencer-driven performances with cinematic presentation and light puzzle gameplay.

Alongside the Steam launch, three physical bundles are available to order now through iohgame.com:

  • Collector Bundle – Game code, calendar, mousepad, and postcard set
  • Fan Bundle – Game code, mousepad, and postcard set
  • Supporter Bundle – Game code and postcard set

Each bundle includes a Steam code and collectible items for fans who want something tangible from the release.
