Activision released the PC launch trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 today, confirming the November 14 release across Battle.net, Steam, and Xbox on PC. The trailer highlights PC-specific optimizations developed by Beenox, the series' dedicated PC lead developer working alongside Treyarch.

What PC Players Get

Beenox built Black Ops 7 to support a wide performance range. The game scales from minimum hardware to high-end setups with 800+ customization options covering graphics, gameplay, input devices, and interface elements. Players can optimize for visual fidelity or maximum frame rates depending on their priorities.

Key PC features include:

  • AMD FSR 4 and additional upscaling technologies with frame generation support
  • Native support for 4K, 1440p, 1080p, and ultrawide displays
  • Built-in benchmark tool for hardware performance testing
  • Sub-frame mouse polling for improved aiming precision
  • Dynamic RGB integration for Corsair iCUE devices
  • Enhanced Ricochet Anti-Cheat with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot requirements

Note: Intel Arc GPUs require Resizable Bar enabled. Only Intel and AMD processors with AVX instruction sets are supported.

Preload and Launch Timing

Digital pre-purchase customers can preload Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies starting November 10 at 9 AM PT. The game launches November 14 at midnight local time. Activision notes that additional storage may be required for post-launch updates.

Handheld Support

Beenox optimized Black Ops 7 for Windows-based handhelds, including the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X. The team scaled UI elements for smaller displays and tuned performance to maintain image quality on portable hardware. Native control support allows players to start immediately without additional configuration.

Preorder Bonuses

Pre-purchasing Black Ops 7 grants the Reznov Challenge Pack and Guild Override Weapon Camo, usable immediately in Warzone and Black Ops 6. The Vault Edition adds the Operator Collection, Mastercraft Weapon Collection, Ultra GobbleGum Pack for Zombies, a Permanent Unlock Token, and one BlackCell season.
