3. Log into your account using the NCSOFT account website
4. Click “Apply A Code” on the red banner near the top of the page
5. Paste in the serial code you received. It should look something like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX
6. Click Apply
7. If you receive a success message, you're good to go! If you receive any errors, double-check that the serial key was correctly entered.
