Watcher of Realms Grey Blades Update Adds Guild Boss

Watcher of Realms, the next generation fantasy RPG from Moonton, is expanding with a major update that introduces the brand new Grey Blades faction, a weekly guild boss called the Fallen Covenant, and a Golden Immortal aspect for Sun Wukong. The Grey Blades bring coordinated Sync attacks

The headline addition is the Grey Blades, a brand new faction designed around the Sync mechanism. According to the official announcement, certain faction mechanics let Grey Blades members launch Sync attacks regardless of distance, so multiple members can strike the same target with bonus attacks in the same window. The design rewards players who field several Grey Blades heroes together and time their assaults on priority targets, adding a new layer of positioning and target selection to team building. The faction joins a roster of more than 220 unique heroes spread across 10 diverse factions, each with distinct talents and abilities that shape battle plans.

During the fight, the boss periodically transforms into two monsters, Ramiel and Roderic, and guild members must work together to bring the encounter down. Commanders set up two teams before the challenge begins. The first team faces the Fallen Covenant while the second team takes on Ramiel and Roderic, and the two teams cannot share heroes, gear or Artifacts.

The announcement includes challenge tips for both phases. The Fallen Covenant is an airborne boss, so commanders should deploy anti air damage dealers backed by sturdy defenders and healers for survivability. The Ritual Altar phase calls for platform single target damage dealers against the main boss, while the Realm of Sorrow phase favors dual target damage dealers to handle Ramiel and Roderic at the same time. The two roster requirement makes this one of the more demanding guild activities in the game, since depth across the collection matters as much as the strength of a single squad.

Sun Wukong unlocks the Golden Immortal aspect

The third pillar of the update is a new hero aspect for Sun Wukong. His Golden Immortal aspect changes Golden Cudgel Strike so that it deals splash damage to multiple enemies around the target, turning a focused strike into area pressure. Players can redeem the aspect in the Great Sage Saga Event Shop. For commanders who already built teams around Sun Wukong, the aspect offers a clear reason to revisit his placement and artifact choices for stages with clustered enemy waves.

The addition continues a run of high profile hero content for the game, which previously crossed over with a major stealth series in the Assassin's Creed collaboration. Where that event brought legendary assassins into the dark fantasy world of Tya, the Grey Blades update builds on original lore with new faces, a new boss and a fresh power ceiling for an existing fan favorite.
