Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6 could be receiving some much-needed upgrades, as revealed by leaked information from MySmartPrice, which discovered FCC certifications for the upcoming device.
According to the FCC documentation, the Z Flip 6 is set to boast a 3,887mAh battery that will be marketed as a 4,000mAh power cell. Additionally, the certifications indicate that the Z Flip 6 will support a range of features including Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, 5GHz, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, Bluetooth, and 25W fast charging. The handset was also spotted on a Geekbench database, showcasing its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 12.5-megapixel primary camera.
In addition to the Z Flip 6, MySmartPrice also uncovered details about the Galaxy Ring with the model number SM-Q503. The Galaxy Ring will come in various sizes ranging from 5 to 12 and will be equipped with different battery capacities depending on the size. The smaller sizes will have a 17mAh battery, sizes 8-11 will feature an 18.5mAh battery, and the largest size will come with a 22.5mAh battery.
The FCC listing for the Galaxy Ring suggests that it will support Bluetooth LE and Bluetooth 5.4, along with mentioning the inclusion of a charging cradle. The Galaxy Ring is expected to be available in black.
Reports indicate that the Galaxy Ring, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 series are rumored to be unveiled on July 10th.
