In addition to the concert, Metallica will also be featured in the game's Rock Band-inspired Fortnite Festival, starting on June 13th. Players can look forward to a new “Thrash Mountain” track in the Rocket Racing experience. Another exciting addition to the game is the introduction of minifig versions of the band in Lego Fortnite.

All of this comes as part of Fortnite's ongoing season, which showcases a Mad Max-esque post-apocalyptic landscape. The collaboration with Metallica is sure to bring a new level of excitement to the game and delight fans of both the band and Fortnite alike.
